5 PLACES TO EAT IN MELBOURNE
One of my biggest passion in life (other than photography), is eating! If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that I take my relationship with food pretty seriously. So today, let me introduce you to my 5 favourite food spots in Melbourne! Here we go!
我是個標準的「吃貨」，不管是在任何國家、城市，我總會搜集一系列想嚐嚐的餐廳、咖啡館。如果你們有追蹤我的 Instagram 相信你們就會懂了，除了攝影，尋找美食是我最熱衷的另一件事。所以咧，今天憑藉著自己在墨爾本往返多年的經驗，決定我把現階段的口袋名單與你們分享，快來看看吧！
1. MAMASITA
I love Mexican food, and I'm always searching for them wherever I go. I don't know if any of you know this, but I'm actually not the biggest fan of corn, and yet when it comes to the Grilled Corn from Mamasita...YES, PLEASE! My friend introduced me to this place and I'm hooked ever since. Even my mum loves this place, she not the biggest fan of Mexican Restaurants since they tend to have pretty loud music, but she can get all pass that for the food. I loved this place so much, that I went again the next day right after my first visit.
我很喜歡吃墨西哥菜，不管在哪個國家都會想試試。不曉得大家知不知道，但我其實是一個不愛玉米的人，但自從一年多前認識 Mamasita 後，每次去都必點。烤玉米聽起來或許很普通，但是因為他們的特殊調味，嚐起來實在令人驚艷！從經典的墨西哥餅到酪梨沙拉等等，目前真的沒有在他們餐單上踩到地雷過，不過因為份量真的很足，建議大家多一點人來會比較好點菜唷。

2. Mercedes Me Cafe
This has been my go-to workplace ever since I discovered it. The restaurant and cafe area is separated, but the menus are both good. It is one of those places I can happily sit for 4 hours without feeling rushed. Oddly enough, their fries were my favourite thing on the menu, and so is the chai, but really you can't go wrong with anything else too.
Mercedes Me Cafe 是這次名單中最新的餐廳。一樓的餐廳區以早午餐著名，而二樓則是走咖啡館的路線，兩邊的餐單都很不錯，我自己最愛的是他們的薯條跟香料茶。自從發現這裡後，時不時就會抱著電腦來這裡報到，是近期最愛的工作好去處。

3. Maccaroni
Known as the best Pasta in town (well, at least among me &my friends..)! I've been dining here since 2010, and they've transformed from this little Italian shop with only 5 tables, into one of the most popular places in CBD! Pasta, to me, is like comfort food, so I come here once every few weeks as a reward if I'm feeling extra stressed or exhausted. I highly recommend the Pappardelle Mushroom & Truffle, I know it looks pretty creamy and all but it is actually pretty light. The garlic pizza is amazing too, perfect if you're here with a bunch of friends. Oh, and please don't miss the Tiramisu, it is seriously the BEST!
心目中墨爾本最好吃的義大利麵在此。座落在市區的小巷弄裡，正好在學生時期的住處附近，便成了常客。幾年過去，Maccaroni 也從原本只有五張桌位的小店鋪，發展成現在極度熱門最好提前訂位的名氣餐館。即便如此，他們始終維持著好品質，以質樸的義式家常味，帶個客人簡單但不無聊的美食體驗。對我來說，義大利麵是比甜點更能撫慰人心的料理，所以到現在，每一到兩個月還是會定期與朋友相約在此，算是大家對自己平時努力的犒賞。個人最推薦蘑菇松露寬麵，是偏白醬的口味，但並不會太濃郁，嚐起來也沒什麼負擔。另外，看似單調的蒜味比薩卻是許多人的最愛，十分推薦。最後別忘了再來份經典的提拉米蘇，這樣的結尾，很剛好。

4. roule galette
Another little secret place of mine. I use to only eat sweet crêpes until I found this gem. I'm in love with their signature crêpe..it comes with egg, ham, cheese & truffle, which is basically a full on breakfast. I order this when I know I have a full day of back-to-back shoots, and I most likely won't have time to eat in between. When I feel like something lighter, I'll go for a dish as simple as just sugar & butter. Easy, simple, and heavenly tasty! Another thing I love about Roule Galette it that all the sauce they serve are carefully homemade. From the olive oil, salted caramel to French mustard, even the chocolate sauce is made by nothing else but pure melted chocolate. 'Nuff said.
再來分享一個秘密名單。之前在 Instagram 就有分享過照片之後，便收到很多人私訊詢問，立刻把它列入這次的美食地圖中。其實在認識 Roule Galette 之前，我只愛吃甜的法式薄餅，一直到試過照片中左下方的招牌口味，才知道原來鹹的也能這麼好吃。有太陽蛋、起司、火腿、少許的松露油以及一旁的沙拉，簡單來說，就是一頓很豐盛的西式早餐，但這些玩意搭上薄餅後卻格外有層次感。通常，如果知道接下來一整天的行程很滿，不太會有時間好好吃頓飯，就會特地一早來這裡儲存能量。要不然，平時最常點的就是不加料的 sugar butter，再基本也不過，但也是我心中最美味的。值得一提的是，Roule Galette 的大大小小醬料都是他們每天早晨親自製作，絕不購賣現成的加工品。沙拉醬、搭配冰淇淋的焦糖醬，連巧克力醬也都是以純巧克力融化製作。這樣的誠意，就足以讓人想不停再訪。

5.Workshop Brothers Cafe
Okay, not going to lie, I'm here mainly for their ice-chocolate, this is my go-to place whenever I need my sweet craving fixed, in a subtle way. If you don't know what I'm talking about, think about the times you impulsively ordered a chocolate smoothie, and regretted just after a few sips. Well, don't worry, the Work Shop Brothers have you covered! It's one of those chocolate drinks that I can actually manage to finish. Just the right balance of sweet and bitterness. Plus, the place is super cute for Instagram photos...need I say more?
好的，我不得不承認，我大部份時候走訪 workshop brothers 的目的只有一個：來杯冰巧克力！ 其實這幾年已經戒掉許多飲料了，除了茶和水以外，其他東西真的很少碰。但每隔一段時間，總有那麼一天特別想喝巧克力。這裡的冰巧克力，甜苦適中，是可以一個人喝完一整杯的那裝順口感。還有呀，這裡的裝潢十分可愛，如果是喜愛在社群媒體分享生活的人，簡直一舉兩得。
